Refund Policy product

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the consumer has the right to return a product of proper quality within 14 days from the date of purchase, not counting the day of purchase, if the product has not been used, its presentation and consumer properties, packaging, seals and labels have been preserved, and the payment document confirming payment has been preserved.

Refund Policy

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the buyer has the right to a refund for the returned goods within 14 days from the date of purchase, if the goods are of proper quality and have not been used. The refund must be made within 3-7 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
