Public offer - sale of photographs, prints, books, and interior items
1. General Provisions
1.1. This document is an official public offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") of the WayWizard website (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") for the conclusion of a remote purchase and sale agreement for goods.
1.2. The Buyer fully and unconditionally accepts the terms of the Offer by placing an order on the Website https://waywizard.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").
2. Goods and terms of sale
2.1. The seller sells interior items, books, images, prints, and photographs in finished form or as parts, details are provided in the description on the Website (hereinafter referred to as the "Product").
2.2. The description, images, prices, and other specifications of the Product are provided on the Website.
2.3. Product images on the Website are provided for informational purposes only, to help the Buyer understand how the Product might look in various interiors, and do NOT guarantee that the Product will look the same in the Buyer's interior as in the visualizations in the Product description on the Website. The Buyer should be aware that the dimensions of the Product images on the Website may differ from the dimensions of the Product in the order.
2.4. The Buyer is obligated to check the appearance of the Product in their interior by measuring the intended installation location using a tape measure or other measuring device before purchasing. By confirming the order, the Buyer understands that they are ordering the Product in the desired size.
2.5. Due to various technological subtleties involved in printing images on canvas, as well as nuances associated with stretching the canvas with the image onto a stretcher frame, the actual image of the Product will differ from the image shown on the website.
2.6. The Seller reserves the right to change the product range, sizes, images, color, price, weight, and any other parameters of the Product on the Website without prior notice to the Buyer. However, if the Buyer has ordered a Product for which the Buyer has received an invoice and paid for it, and the Seller changes the Product's parameters after the Buyer has placed the order and paid for it, the Seller is obligated to ship the Product in accordance with the Buyer's paid order. If the Seller is unable to fulfill the order in accordance with the Buyer's paid invoice, the Seller is obligated to notify the Buyer of its inability to fulfill the order and either negotiate with the Buyer a replacement product with a recalculated price (if applicable) or refund the purchase price in accordance with consumer law.
2.7. The Product is supplied in the options specified on the Website (sizes, materials, design, configuration, etc.).
3. Ordering Procedure
3.1. The Buyer selects the Product and places an order using the form on the Website.
3.2. After placing the order, the Seller sends the Buyer a confirmation to the email address provided.
3.3. The Seller reserves the right to reject the order if the Product is unavailable or if the Buyer is suspected of dishonest behavior.
3.4. The Buyer receives an invoice from the Seller with a list of the ordered Products to the email address provided during registration on the Website.
3.5. The Buyer is obligated to make a 100% prepayment to the Seller's bank account details specified in the invoice.
3.6. The Seller is obligated to ship all Products ordered and paid for by the Buyer, based on the invoice, using the delivery method selected by the Buyer.
4. Payment and Delivery
4.1. Payment method: Payment details will be specified in the invoice sent to the Buyer via email specified during registration.
4.2. Delivery is carried out by third parties (hereinafter referred to as the "Carrier") (e.g., national postal operators or regional delivery services) at the Carrier's rates within the timeframes agreed upon with these Carriers.
4.3. Delivery costs are borne by the Buyer.
4.4. Delivery is carried out only after the Seller receives 100% full payment from the Buyer in the amount specified in the invoice for the Product selected and ordered on the Website.
4.5. Third parties, i.e. the Carrier, are responsible for delivery.
5. Returns and Exchanges
5.1. The Buyer has the right to refuse the Product:
- Prior to receipt — full refund.

Upon receipt, the Buyer has the right to return part or all of the order within 14 days, provided the order is in its original condition and in accordance with Ukrainian consumer rights law.
5.2. Refunds to the Buyer will be processed within 3-10 business days.
6. Liability
6.1. The Seller is not responsible for the color rendering of the Product due to the characteristics of Buyers' monitors.
6.2. The Seller is not responsible for loss or damage to the Product during transportation, as delivery was carried out by a third party, the Carrier.
6.3. From the moment the Goods are handed over to the Carrier, the Carrier becomes responsible for them. The Seller will insure the Goods for the amount paid by the Buyer according to the invoice.
6.4. In the event of a dispute with the Carrier to whom the Product was transferred, which is a third party, the Buyer is obligated to resolve all disputes independently.
7. Final Provisions
7.1. The Offer shall enter into force upon its posting on the Website.
7.2. The Seller reserves the right to change the terms of the Offer without prior notice.
By accepting the Offer, the Buyer confirms agreement with the terms of sale.
